Sandvika is a spectacular home in a beautiful setting. Architecturally designed, Sandvika has been built using native Australian timber and has direct views of the Brooms Head shore, the Pacific Ocean and the hinterland.

Sandvika offers three guest rooms in a private guest wing, all beautifully decorated and furnished with decks and ensuite bathrooms. The guest rooms have vaulted timber ceilings, wooden floors, double width glass sliders, queen sized beds, split system air conditioning and remote control colour televisions including DVD/CD players. The ensuite bathrooms have a walk in shower and hair drier as standard.

The guest wing has a shared kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer and tea/coffee making facilities. Evening meals are by arrangement, and all guest parking is undercover.

Our daily tariff includes a home cooked or continental breakfast at a time to suit you.

Children stay by arrangement, and please be advised that all of our rooms are non-smoking.

Cancellation Policy

Non Public Holidays

  • A Deposit of one nights accommodation or Credit Card details to confirm Booking.
  • Up to 48 hours or more prior notice given, Deposit returned, less booking fee.
  • Less than 24 hours notice or failure to arrive, one nights accommodation charged.
Christmas, Easter and School Holiday Booking
  • A Deposit of one nights accommodation or Credit Card details to confirm Booking
  • 14 days or more notice given, Deposit returned, less booking fee.
  • Less than 14 days notice, no refund unless we are able to re-let accommodation for period booked. All effort will be made to do so.
  • If after arrival, booking period is reduced, the full cost for period booked will be charged.
